A Period Positivity Party is a fun way to celebrate and normalize living in a body that menstruates, and learn about it in a fun and celebratory setting!

In a 3-hour party, we play games that educate us about the phases of the menstrual cycle, learn what menstrual products would be good fits for us and discover our superpowers - ovulation and menstruation!

Period Positivity Parties are a way for us to empower the next generation of menstruators with fun, grace and normalcy around their periods. These parties are not intended to substitute puberty education.
